Use of the website

You may use this website to learn about Project Assistant AI, review legal information and register interest in early access. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or attempt to access systems or information without permission.

Early access registration

Registering interest does not guarantee access to the product. Project Assistant AI may invite selected organisations to participate in early access and may change, pause or close the early access programme at any time.

Platform use

Platform use may be subject to additional order forms, subscription terms, acceptable use rules, security requirements and customer agreements. If there is a conflict between these website terms and a signed customer agreement, the signed customer agreement takes priority for platform use.

Account responsibilities

Users are responsible for keeping account details secure, using only authorised accounts and notifying their organisation or Project Assistant AI if they suspect unauthorised access. Organisations are responsible for managing user access and permissions for their teams.

Acceptable use

You must not use the website or platform to:

• break the law or infringe another person’s rights;
• upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the service;
• access project data you are not authorised to see;
• submit content that is unlawful, harmful, discriminatory or abusive;
• reverse engineer, scrape or overload the service except where allowed by law or written agreement.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for deciding what project information is connected to the platform, which users may access it and whether AI-generated outputs are suitable for their project governance, security, legal, financial and technical processes.

No guaranteed savings

Project Assistant AI is intended to help teams improve project clarity, delivery control and access to project knowledge. Project Assistant AI does not guarantee that use of the website, early access programme or platform will produce any specific financial saving, delivery outcome, reduction in rework or productivity improvement.

Intellectual property

The website, platform, software, design, branding and product materials are owned by Project Assistant AI or its licensors. Customer project data remains owned by the customer or its licensors. Rights in AI-generated outputs are addressed in the applicable customer agreement.

Confidentiality

Where confidential business, project or technical information is shared during early access or platform use, both parties must protect it using reasonable care and only use it for the purpose for which it was provided, unless a separate agreement says otherwise.

Service availability

The website and any early access platform may change, be unavailable or contain errors during early access. Early access features may be experimental and may not become generally available.

Suspension or termination

Project Assistant AI may suspend or terminate access where it reasonably believes the service is being misused, there is a security risk, access is unauthorised, legal obligations require it or continued access could harm Project Assistant AI, a customer or another user.

Liability limitations

These terms do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under law. Subject to that, liability for use of the website, early access programme and platform is limited as set out in these terms and any applicable customer agreement.

Changes to the terms

Project Assistant AI may update these terms as the website, early access programme and platform develop. Material changes will be communicated through the website or other appropriate channels.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, unless a signed customer agreement states otherwise.
